You can pay your Riverbay Coop City carrying charges online with PayLease.
Open your account now:
https://www.shOPtions.net/paylease
https://www.paylease.com
To sign up, go to the top right corner of the
Paylease page and hit the "Sign Up" link. Choose either "Resident" or "Homeowner"
You will then need to enter your
exact home address to pull up a list of participating properties.
When you find your property, it should say, Riverbay Corporation, click it to be directed to the property's registration page.
Enter your Riverbay Corporation account number and submit.
If you don't know your account number, please call the number provided on the registration form for assistance.
