This Riverbay Corporation Coop City Painter / Plasterer position pays $20.50 per hour and is a DC9 union job.
Job Description:
Responsible for performing several duties such as painting, priming, scraping, plastering, spackling and general maintenance in assigned Coop City internal and external areas such as the residential buildings and/or shopping centers.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Job Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent is a plus.
1 to 3 years of experience in painting and/or plastering.
Valid Driver License (NY, NJ, CT or PA) required.
Ability to walk for long periods of time, twist, kneel, push, stoop, climb ladders, work in inclement weather as well as lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be available for emergency work.
