This Riverbay Corporation Coop City Temporary Utility Person job position pays $15.00 per hour and is a non union job.
Job Description:
Responsible for performing various minor maintenance repairs, installations, demolition and other tasks throughout the Coop City parking and storage area including but not limited to monitoring and maintaining Co-op City parking lot upkeep.
Job Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent is a plus.
1 year of janitorial and minor maintenance experience conducting light electrical and plumbing work.
Knowledge of OSHA and safety requirements related to performing maintenance repairs.
Valid Driver's License (NY, NJ, CT or PA) is required.
Must be available for emergency work.
Bi-Lingual is a plus.
