Noticing More Dogs at Co-op City?
Riverbay's Coop City is a no dogs complex. However you may be seeing more dogs in Co-op City because
Riverbay Corporation is required by law to make exceptions to that rule in certain circumstances.
Federal, State and Local Law require housing providers to grant reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities and one common accommodation is permission to keep a dog to help with a need or symptom related to the disability.
