This Riverbay Corporation Coop City Contingent Parking Attendant job position pays $15.00 per hour and is a non union job.
Job Description:
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining security of vehicles at Co-op City garage locations.
Control and monitor equipment for Coop City garage entry and exit.
Ensure Co-op City residents and cooperators use access cards and validate authorized passes.
Job Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills
Cash handling experience.
Ability to walk for long periods of time, twist, kneel, push, stoop, climb ladders, work in inclement weather as well as lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Must be available for emergency work.
Bi-Lingual is a plus.
