No studio apartments in Co-op City. However, the smallest apartment for sale is 3 rooms at equity of $4,500 per room for a total of $13,500 plus restoration and other fees to purchase. This size unit only in the "Chevron" style buildings which has smaller sized apartments. The waiting list is probably lengthy as there are limited units this size. Current monthly maintenance charges are approximately $225 so this unit would cost about $700 per month.
