What are the sections in Co-op City?

In https://www.parkchesterinfo.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow - Parkchester , there is Parkchester North and Parkchester South. Each has it's own rental office, management office, facilities, board of directors, etc.

Is it the same in Co-op City?
