You can NOT buy, rent, sell or find a roommate on this site for Co-Op City, only other properties in the surrounding areas.
Co-op city does NOT allow selling or renting to third parties from other agents. There is NO actual communication, past these comments, between the real estate agent and co-op city.

You will NOT be contacted by anyone associated with co-op city.
You can NOT buy, rent, sell or find a roommate on this site for Co-Op City, only other properties in the surrounding areas.

I thinks this site have not direction they trying to do everythgin for announcemtns, discussions, real estate, TV, problems, departments information, shopping, jobs. I apreciate the neighborhood website but too much stuff.
